Wendy's Killed Auto-Tune

Every so often we're going to try to bring you tracks that artists have sampled. For the first edition we have elected French film composers Janko Nilovic's and David Sarky's, "In the Space." No I.D. sampled the track for Jay-Z's D.O.A (Death of Auto-tune). The song won Jay-Z a grammy for Best Rap Solo Performance. Jay apparently got inspiration for the song by seeing a Wendy's commercial that used auto-tune. Auto-tune is horrendous no doubt, but i've turned my focus and energy into trying to never hear the Black Eyed Pea's, "I Gotta Feeling" ever again. The song is like the Bubonic Plague and it needs to be eradicated from every speaker. The Bubonic Plague hit Barcelona particularly hard.
